Are you in grades 3-12? Did you get three A's on a report card this year?

Congratulations! You've earned free admission for a day to the South Carolina Aquarium and other neat prizes.

Here's how the AAA (Aquariums are Awesome) Honor Roll Program works:

Bring your report card — from public, private or home school during the 2004-05 academic year — to the aquarium any day through July 31 for free admission that day.

You can learn about South Carolina's environmental landscapes as well as those found in the aquarium's popular changing exhibit, "Secrets of the Amazon."

You can see thousands of animals — from electric eels to sharks to loggerhead turtles — in more than 60 exhibits that represent South Carolina's rich biodiversity from the mountains to the sea.

The newest additions are Maya, the lesser anteater, and two new river otters, Stono and Murray.

During your aquarium visit, be sure to ask for your packet of special offers at popular Aquarium Wharf attractions and retail businesses:

  • Reduced-price ($6) admission to Charleston IMAX Theatre.

  • A $1 Moo Money coupon to redeem at Wholly Cow.

  • A free Legendary Big Cookie from Just Fresh Bakery Cafe and Market.

  • A $2-off coupon to Toucan Reef.

  • Free admission to the American Military Museum.

For more information, call 843-720-1990 or visit www.scaquarium.org.
