Elizabeth Zajac Chojnacki -- Norway

Elizabeth Zajac Chojnacki, 47, of 1848 Henry Road, Norway died Sunday, April 9, 2006, following a brief illness.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 13, at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg. A private burial will be held by the family.

Ms. Chojnacki was born July 3, 1958, the daughter of the late Joseph Zajac and the late Natalie Strezelecki Zajac, formerly of Holyoke, Mass. She was a graduate of Holyoke High School and the University of Massachusetts. She was a teacher at Holyoke High School and later worked as an engineer at Koyo Corporation in Orangeburg until her retirement.

Survivors include her fiance’, Frank Ginn of Norway; three children, James (Beth) Chojnacki of Orangeburg, Erica and Robert Chojnacki, of Holyoke, Mass.; one grandson, Nicholas Chojnacki, of Orangeburg; brothers, John (Gayle) Zajac, of Woodland Park, Colo., Richard (Lisbeth) Zajac, of Bailey, N.C., Robert (Paula) Zajac, of Holyoke, Mass., William (Christine) Zajac, of Holyoke, Mass.; a special aunt and uncle, Sophie and Edward Swillo, of Worcester, Mass.; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the residence of Richard and Sandra Allen, 145 Darlene Drive, Orangeburg and at Thompson Funeral Home Inc. in Orangeburg.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, Mid-Atlantic Affiliate, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, Va. 23058-5216 or to a charity of one’s choice.
