Howell awarded church scholarship

Michael A. Howell recently received the John S. and Ruth H. Robinson Scholarship Award, a $500 scholarship given to high school graduates who are members of St. Luke Presbyterian Church and furthering their education by attending college, technical or business school. Howell is a 2007 graduate of Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School majoring in electrical engineering at South Carolina State University.
