Count Basie Orchestra performs at Claflin

Claflin University presents the legendary Count Basie Orchestra under the direction of Bill Hughes Thursday, April 24, 7:30 p.m., at the Jonas T. Kennedy’s Tullis Arena on Claflin’s campus in Orangeburg. The event free for students with ID; $5 for faculty and staff; $10 in advance for the general public; $15 at the door ; and $20 for reserved seating. Tickets are available at the Orangeburg County Fine Arts Center 803-536-4074, or by calling Clafin University at 803-535-5232.
