First Citizens promotes Hilliard-Jefferson

First Citizens announced the promotion of Ishai Hilliard-Jefferson from teller leader to banking officer and retail sales manager.

Hilliard-Jefferson is responsible for leading First Citizens retail consumer and small-business banking efforts in area branches.

Hilliard-Jefferson is a graduate of Claflin University with a bachelor of science degree in organizational management. She also holds an associates degree in business accounting from Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College.

Hilliard-Jefferson has been with First Citizens for three years. Prior to joining First Citizens, she held the position of member service representative and loan officer for the S.C. State Credit Union, and was a teller and loan processor for Edisto Federal Credit Union.
