Students in the Culinary Arts Trade at Bamberg Job Corps Center, Christina Brown, Liqueilla Daise, Brice Waldon, Tonio Kelly, Tarvar Thompson, Trey Williams, Kimberly Williams, Mercedes Fludd, Dwuane Adams and Ebony Drummond, prepared the meal on Thursday, April 24, for the Industry Advisory Council Meeting and Luncheon. Rosemary Glynn is the instructor.

Students who complete the trade training are certified by the National Restaurant Association and the American Culinary Federation and receive ServSafe food safety certification and a certificate of completion from the Educational Assurance Program.

On the Training Achievement Record, students must complete duties and tasks of nutrition, culinary math, culinary measurement, know and identify tools and equipment, have basic knife skills, know culinary fundamentals and be able to identify fruits and vegetables, meats, poultry and fish or shellfish.
