COLUMBIA -- The stage at the University of South Carolina's Koger Center for the Arts will soon be filled with the classics of National Touring Broadway as Broadway in Columbia announces its third season.

Presented by Bank of America, the season boasts the world's favorite family musical, the swinging sounds of Vegas, the sexiest hit on Broadway and an Irish spectacular that can't be missed. The series will debut Oct. 22-23, when Broadway's classic family musical "Oliver" takes the stage at Columbia's Koger Center.

Other shows scheduled for this season include "Chicago," Nov. 10-11; "Cats," Jan. 20-21, 2009; "Riverdance," Feb. 10-11; "Rat Pack," April 8-9; and "Movin' Out," April 28-29.

Season tickets range in price from $161 to $297, and single tickets, if any are available, will go on sale approximately four weeks prior to the show.

To purchase tickets, call 803-251-2222 or visit www.BroadwayinColumbia.com. Tickets are also available at the Carolina Coliseum box office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
