First Citizens has announced the promotion of Ishai Hilliard-Jefferson from teller leader to banking officer and retail sales manager. In this role, she is responsible for leading First Citizens’ retail consumer and small-business banking efforts in area branches, selling banking products that meet customer needs, developing action plans that address local market opportunities, and representing First Citizens in the local community.
Hilliard-Jefferson is a graduate of Claflin University, with a bachelor’s degree in organizational management, and Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College, with an associate degree in business accounting.
Hilliard-Jefferson has been with First Citizens for three years. Prior to that, she held the position of member service representative and loan officer for S.C. State Credit Union, and was a teller and loan processor for Edisto Federal Credit Union.
