TAYLORS - Fatz Cafe, the 45-unit Southeastern casual dining restaurant chain, was recently included for the sixth year in a row in Restaurants & Institutions magazine’s 2008 Top 400 list as one of the leading restaurant chains in the country.

The annual Top 400 list recognizes Fatz Cafe for increasing total year-over-year revenues (2006-2007) by 15.3 percent -- far outdistancing the reported average of 5.4 percent in aggregate revenue increases for the largest multi-unit chains who made the list.

Restaurants & Institutions also recognized Fatz Cafe for increasing its number of company-owned and operated restaurants by 14.3 percent (2006-2007), which resulted in the company jumping from spot 282 on the Top 400 list to its newest position at 266.
