Albemarle to increase prices of curatives
Sunday, August 24, 2008BATON ROUGE, La. -- Specialty chemicals maker Albemarle Corporation will increase the prices of select Ethacure curatives worldwide effective Sept. 1 or as contracts allow.
The prices of Ethacure 100 and Ethacure 100 LC curatives will increase by 35 cents a pound worldwide. The price of Ethacure 300 curative will increase by 30 cents worldwide.
Ethacure curatives are manufactured in the United States and are part of Albemarle’s Polymer Additives business segment.
