Orangeburg County Council will hold a public hearing and consider giving second reading to an infrastructure financing agreement with Henry’s SOC LLC when it gathers tonight. Council meets at 5:30 p.m.

In addition, council is expected to consider amending an agreement with the Town of Branchville regarding the Branchville-Rural Development water projects.

Council is also scheduled to take up recommendations for funding from the Tax and Tourism Advisory Committee and enter executive session to discuss an economic development project.
