Golfing 'fore' Goldens

The Low Country Golden Retriever Rescue is sponsoring its 9th Annual “Golfing ‘fore’ Goldens” on Monday, September 22, 2008 at Charleston National Country Club, Mt. Pleasant, SC. It is the most important fundraiser of the year for the organization of all volunteers that has been serving the low country since 1991. It’s a day of 18 holes of golf (easy, scramble, Captain Choice), lunch, dinner, and beverages on the course, raffles, prizes and auctions.

Pre Registration is encouraged. Teams and individuals are welcome. What other golf outing offers both lunch by Atlanta Bread Company, dinner by Home Team BBQ, free beverages on the course all day, 18 holes of golf, cart, fun Scramble Captains Choice, lots of raffle prizes and a super auction. Add to that fun a “Dumping for Dollars” and a “3 putt chance for $5,000” to round out wonderful day for saving 100+ golden retrievers by the Low Country Golden Retriever Rescue. The outing cost is $95. Registration can be handled via the website www.lcgrr.org .
