Orangeburg-Wilkinson 30, Dutch Fork 15

IRMO -- Jayson Leverett rushed for 172 yards and a touchdown and was 3 of 11 passing for 24 yards and a touchdown to lead O-W.

Leverett’s touchdown pass was a 30-yard strike to Clayton Gidron. Jervey Pam had three sacks for O-W and Tremaine Germany had a fumble recovery for a touchdown.

O-W fell behind 7-0 in the game when Dutch Fork recovered a Leverett fumble in the end zone.

“To get a win on the road is tough,” O-W head coach Tommy Brown said. “But, the kids hung in there, bounced back and made some plays.”

O-W (5-1, 1-1) travels to Lexington Friday.

Allendale-Fairfax 42, Denmark-Olar 32

DENMARK -- Anthony Holman was 16 of 27 passing for 202 yards and added 60 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 10 carries, but it wasn’t enough to lead D-O to victory.

Darin Washington finished with 21 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries for Denmark; Treaver Workman had seven receptions for 84 yards and two kickoff returns for 141 yards. Travis Donaldson led D-O with nine tackles and two sacks; Jeffrey Sanders had 10 tackles, Travis Whetstone had eight tackles and Justin Mack had seven tackles.

Lake Marion 12, Bluffton 6

BLUFFTON -- Nicholas Williams rushed for 288 yards and two touchdowns on 30 carries to lead Lake Marion.

Defensively, Marcellus Tilly finished with 13 tackles, two sacks and a forced fumble; Jeremy Bookhart had nine tackles and Tyshawn Washington had eight tackles.

Lake Marion (2-4, 1-0) hosts Hilton Head Friday.

Blackville-Hilda 41, Ridge Spring-Monetta 7

RIDGE SPRING -- Joe Thomas rushed for 180 yards and four touchdowns to lead Blackville-Hilda.

Jamell Dukes had six carries for 123 yards and two touchdowns for the Hawks.

Blackville-Hilda (6-0, 3-0) hosts H-K-T Friday.

Estill 54, Bethune-Bowman 0

BOWMAN -- Estill ruined Bethune-Bowman’s homecoming with a blowout win.

The highlight of the night for the Mohawks was Danny Berry who rushed for 120 yards on 20 carries and passed for 85 yards.

Bethune-Bowman (1-5, 0-2) travels to Bamberg-Ehrhardt Friday.

AJA 74, Patrick Henry 44

EHRHARDT -- Chris Long rushed for 262 yards and three touchdowns on 18 carries.

Ryan Fender added 140 yards and two touchdowns on 10 carries; Edward Givens finished 11 of 18 passing for 195 yards and two touchdowns.

Jacob Stroman finished with 17.5 tackles and John Avant finished with 11 tackles.

“I was very pleased with the offense ... defense I was very disappointed,” AJA head coach Greg Langdale said. “We know what we have to focus on ... stopping the run.”

AJA (6-1, 4-0) will play an 11-man game against Holly Hill Academy Friday.

North 42, Fox Creek 0

NORTH AUGUSTA -- Tramaine McMillan passed for two touchdowns and returned an interception for another to lead North.

McMillan put the Eagles on the board in the first quarter with a 75-yard interception return for a touchdown. That was followed by a 31-yard touchdown run by Terry McFadden, and a 20-yard touchdown pass from McMillan to Freddie Martino to close out the first up 21-0.

Devonta James hauled in a 45-yard pass in the second quarter before McFadden rushed for a 10-yard score and McMillan threw a 15-yard scoring pass to Martino in the third to complete the scoring.

North (4-2, 1-2) hosts C.A. Johnson Friday.

Bible Baptist 26, HHA 12

HOLLY HILL -- Nick Martin rushed for 119 yards on 18 carries but it wasn’t enough for Holly Hill Academy.

Nick Stinney put Bible Baptist on the board in the first quarter wit ha 1-yard run with 7:03 to go. John Flynn added a 2-yard touchdown run for HHA to make it 6-6 heading into the half.

In the third quarter, Jerel Richard scored on a 60-yard run with 9:40 to go to put Bible Baptist up 12-6. He followed that up with a 40-yard run to put Bible Baptist up 18-6 with 1:55 to go in the third.

HHA cut into the lead on a 30-yard touchdown pass from Zack Brownlee to Brian Watkins in the third. Bible Baptist came back with a 45-yard touchdown run by Nick Montalto and added the two-point conversion to make it 26-12.

John Tweed finished with eight tackles for HHA.

HHA (3-4) hosts Andrew Jackson Academy Friday.

Bowman Academy 28, JDA 20

BOWMAN -- Jake Berry collected 15 tackles and scored on a 7-yard run late in the fourth to lead Bowman to the win.

Bowman Academy got the scoring started with an 11-yard touchdown pass from Jordan Gunnells to Matthew Ulmer. Nick Fontana added a 60-yard touchdown run for Bowman Academy, and Hayne Turner had an 11-yard scoring run.

Ulmer added 14 tackles for the Bulldogs (4-3, 1-2) who hosts Country Day Friday. JDA (3-3, 1-2) hosts Wardlaw Academy Friday.

Clarendon Hall 56, Cathedral Academy 6

Clarendon Hall had seven rushing touchdowns and three tacke aways in the win.
