Health care management company to expand in S.C.
Monday, November 17, 2008BLUFFTON, S.C. (AP) — Health care management company CareCore National LLC says it will invest $4.4 million to expand its Beaufort County operations, generating as many as 125 new jobs and moving its corporate headquarters to Bluffton.
Chief executive Donald R. Ryan said Monday that the county provides the best economic and lifestyle environment for the company’s growth.
The company also has offices in Wappingers Falls, N.Y. and Colorado Springs, Colo. The company currently employs more than 200 people in Beaufort County.
CareCore was founded in 1994 by radiologists and helps health insurance companies manage the use of diagnostic procedures, such as MRIs and CAT scans.
