Election is statement about Orangeburg

During the weeks before the election, Orangeburg County Voter Registration and the people of Orangeburg must be commended for the positive way and the manner in which the election was carried out. This was one of the biggest turnouts for any election that I have ever witnessed. Most of all the enthusiasm that was shown by blacks and whites.
