The Rev. Robert J. Eaddy is serving as the stated supply pastor of St. Luke Presbyterian Church (USA) in Orangeburg. Prior to coming to St. Luke, he served as a chaplain at Hospice Savannah in Savannah, Ga., and as staff chaplain at the Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Ill., near Chicago.

A fellowship hour to meet and greet Eaddy will follow worship services on Sunday, Feb. 22, in the J. Herbert Nelson Fellowship Hall. The public is invited to attend. The church is situated at 324 Mingo St.

Eaddy has served pastorates in New Orleans; St. Louis; Portland, Ore.; Braddock, Pa., and North Carolina. He was educated at the Howard University School of Divinity in Washington, D.C., Livingstone College in Salisbury, N.C., and pursued post-graduate studies at the United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.

Eaddy is the father of three children -- Howard J. and Cicily L. Eaddy of Greensboro, N.C., and the late Miles Qwame Eaddy of New Orleans.
