What could produce such cruelty to animals?
Monday, May 18, 2009I got a letter from The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. It described an abuse case that really got to me — a swan who was savagely beaten and killed as he protected his nesting mate in a pond.
Who could stoop so low as to do such a hideous thing? A sick, vicious person. I’m glad there’s the ASPCA to bring perpetrators of such crimes to justice.
