Kelly Anne Gerth of Lexington, S.C. and Stewart Blanchard Kennerly, Jr., of Leesville, S.C., were married at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2009, at Harbour Watch, Leesville, S.C. The lakeside service was performed by the Reverend May Kay Sapp. A reception at the Harbour Watch Club House followed the ceremony.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Gerth, is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert White of Bethesda, Maryland and Mrs. Patricia Gerth and the late Mr. Albert Gerth of Hilton Head, S.C. Kelly is a graduate of Newberry College and received a master’s degree from Columbia College. She is currently employed by Lexington School District One.

The groom, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Blanchard Kennerly, Sr., of Cordova, S.C. and the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Dean of Orangeburg, S.C. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Orrine Kennerly of Orangeburg. Stewart is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and has a master’s degree from the University of South Carolina. He is currently employed by Lexington School District One.

Maid of honor was Kathleen Gerth, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Catherine Kennerly and Caroline Kennerly, daughters of the groom. Flower girls were Carlin Fisher and Jordan Stewart, cousins of the bride.

Best man was Ryan Gerth, brother of the bride. Groomsmen were Robert Gerth and Rhett Gerth, brothers of the bride.

After their honeymoon, the couple plans to reside in Leesville, S.C.
