Lauren Marie Mobley of Cayce and Tony Lee Neely, Jr. of West Columbia were married June 27, 2009 at City Art Gallery in Columbia. The 6:00 p.m. ceremony was performed by Reverend Johnny Andrews. A reception followed at City Art.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Mobley of Cayce, is the granddaughter of Mrs. Jean Jemigan and the late Mr. Jeff Jernigan of Orangeburg. She is also the granddaughter of the late Dr. W.B. Mobley and the late Ms. Judy Mobley of Orangeburg. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science from Furman University and a Master of Public Health from the University of South Carolina. She is employed by The Oaks in Orangeburg.

The bridegroom, son. of Ms, Cindy Neely of Columbia and Mr. Tony Neely. Sr., of West Columbia, is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. George Neely of West Columbia, and Mr and Mrs. Jay Stackley of York. Tony earned a Bachelor of Science from Furman University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Chemistry from Furman.

Maid of honor was Ms. Rachaei Hardy, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Ms. Kimberly Neely, sister of the groom and Ms. Kathryn Melton, Ms. Christina Henderson. Ms. Alison Baraty, and Ms. Lindsey Gillen, friends of the bnde. Ms. Jennifer Boyung was an attendant.

Best man was Mr. Tony Neely. Sr, father of the groom. Groomsmen were Mr. Drew Jernigan, cousin of the bride, Mr. Todd Stackley, uncle of the groom, and Mr. Brandon Bozard. Mr. Kyle Martin, Mr. Travis Peeples. friends of the groom.

The marriage ceremony was dedicated in loving memory of the bride’s late grandparents. After a honeymoon to the Southern Caribbean, the couple will reside in Cayce.
