McCravy - Gamble

Brandy Lynn McCravy of North, S.C. and Jason Harold Gamble of Leesville, S.C., were united in marriage at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2009, at Fellowship Baptist Church in North, S.C.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark McCravy of North. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Mary Peele of North and the late Mr. Harold Peele and Mr. and Mrs. John McCravy of Sandy Run, S.C.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Gamble of North. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Free of Williston, S.C. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Earl Gamble of Pine Hill, S.C.

Pastor Donald Smoak officiated the ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Maid of honor was Megan Williams of Lexington, S.C., friend of the bride.

Bridesmaid was Kara Peele of North, cousin of the bride.

The groom’s father served as best man.

Groomsmen were Tyler Gamble of Leesville, nephew of the groom; Jason Ashley of Columbia, S.C., friend of the bride and Caige Martin of Leesville, nephew of the groom.

Honorary groomsmen were Marc Peele of North, uncle of the bride and Kenny Peele of North, uncle of the bride.

Following the ceremony a reception was held at Fellowship Baptist Church.

After a wedding trip to Daytona Beach, FL, the couple will reside in North.

Mrs. Gamble is a graduate of North High School. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Charleston Southern University and a Master’s Degree in Integrated Arts in Teaching from Lesley University. She is currently employed by Orangeburg Consolidated School District 5.

Mr. Gamble is a graduate of Pelion High School. He is currently employed by Lee Electric.
