Mrs. Kim Summers

Mrs. Kim Linder Summers, 42, of 405 Sunday School Road, Bamberg, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 16, 2009, at her residence.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, at Colston Branch Baptist Church.

Mrs. Summers was born Jan. 25, 1967, in Colleton County, and was a daughter of the late Herman M. Linder and Ardis Padgett Linder. She was preceded in death by a sister, Tracy Linder. She was a member of the Colston Branch Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family and friends; loved her animals and music; and was an avid Clemson fan.

Surviving are: her husband of 14 years, Todd Summers; her son, Charles of the home; a sister, Brenda Smith and her husband, Bobby of Bamberg; nieces, Kristen Linder and Caitlin Smith; a special cousin, Jamie Givens; and longtime friends, Stephanie Hiers and Jimmy Chang.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Kim's memory to the Brice W. Herndon & Sons Funeral Home, P.O. Drawer 50, Walterboro, SC 29488.

For those who wish, memorial messages and thoughts may be left for her family by visiting: www.briceherndonfuneralhome.com.

Arrangements are entrusted to The Brice W. Herndon And Sons Funeral Home, Ehrhardt-Bamberg Chapel, 2515 Lowcountry Highway, Ehrhardt. 803.267.1971
