Zeus Inc., a global leader in material science and high performance polymer extrusions, has expanded its international personnel with the hiring of David Labelle as its new business development manager and Derek Ramsey in the position of European sales supervisor.

Both Labelle and Ramsey have backgrounds in sales, business development and management within various markets.

Labelle, who lives in Lyon, France, is a member of Zeus international sales team as business development manager for France, Belgium, Spain and Portugal.

In that role, he will manage and develop international business partners and networks.

Labelle has an engineering degree and an MBA. Labelle’s native language is French, but he also speaks English and Spanish.

Derek Ramsey, an Irish national, has assumed the position of European sales supervisor for the Ireland sales team.

Ramsey has a history in sales within the retail and FMCG sectors and previously worked as an account executive maintaining existing business and developing revenue streams.

Ramsey received a diploma in business and commerce from Dublin Institute of Technology and has completed training in the areas of presentation, personnel management, and finance and accounting.

Zeus, headquartered in Orangeburg, produces polymer tubing used in demanding applications. The company operates multiple facilities in North America and internationally.
