A junior, Smith is a two-time All-Area first team quarterback who is making his second appearance in the Elite 11.
Last season, Smith was 145 of 244 passing for 2,288 yards and 25 touchdowns. He also rushed for 1,008 yards and 11 touchdowns.
A dual-threat quarterback, Smith has a strong arm and keeps passing plays alive with his feet. He is a physical player and is also an exceptional defensive back.
