S.C. State and waste of taxpayer dollars

Why was there no rebuttal about South Carolina State University receiving $13.5 million from the federal government (taxpayers) to buy textbooks for Tanzania? South Carolina schools are at the bottom of the educational standards. SCSU wants an additional $25 million to do an inane study (example, the sex habits of the tsetse fly).

Hello.

A million here and a million there Give me a break please! Can you thumb-sucking liberals give a good reason why SCSU did this?
