Dr. Matthew A. Martin, senior vice president and Charlotte regional executive of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, will be the keynote speaker at the 12th annual Business Community Alliance Breakfast to be hosted by the School of Business at Claflin University. Martin will speak on the “State of the U.S. Economy.”

The breakfast will be held Wednesday, Oct. 28, from 8-10 a.m. at Ministers’ Hall on the Claflin campus. The purpose of the program is to invite the business community and community at large to Claflin University in appreciation of support to the institution.

There is no cost to attend the breakfast but contributions to students scholarships will be appreciated. Because of limited seating capacity, interested individuals should contact Robercine Linder at 803-535-5200 or rlinder@claflin.edu to reserve a seat.
