Friday, October 16, 2009William Saunders, a senior at South Carolina State University, walks past a booth Thursday near Oliver C. Dawson Bulldog Stadium, where parking fees will be collected for on-campus parking during home football games, including this Saturday’s Bulldog match-up with the Florida A&M University Rattlers.
