It's time to grab your Christmas gift lists and head out to the 31st annual Arts and Crafts Fair at the Orangeburg County Fairgrounds.

This will be the fifth consecutive year that the Cattle Creek United Methodist Church has sponsored the yuletide event.

According to chairwoman Dana McAlhaney, more than 60 vendors have already committed to attend, offering a variety of merchandise for sale.

"We will have all kinds of wood stuff, all kinds of jewelry, stained glass, Christmas decorations, floral, monogramming and embroidery, as well as horseshoe art," she said. "And we'll have our famous homemade soup for sale that everybody likes."

Hot dogs, chips and homemade desserts will complete the meal for hungry shoppers and visitors alike.

Times for the Nov. 13-14 event are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.

"We are still accepting vendor applications as long as we have space," McAlhaney said.

For more information, call McAlhaney at 803-274-8774.
