For the third straight week, South Carolina State remained in the 10th position of the Football Championship Subdivision Top 25 polls.

A weekend which saw all nine teams ranked ahead of the Bulldogs post victories resulted in no movement in the Sports Network and FCS Coaches polls. Things could change in the next two weeks as most of the Top 10 teams like defending national champion Richmond, Southern Illinois, Elon, Appalachian State, Villanova, William and Mary, New Hampshire and South Dakota State are involved in key matchups against each other.

There was movement in the bottom half of the rankings as Florida A&M returned to the Top 25 right behind Southwestern Athletic Conference school Prairie View.
