FRANKFORT, Ky. — The Benedict Tigerettes ended Claflin’s volleyball title hopes in a grueling five-set match (11-25, 23-25, 25-20, 25-19, 8-15) Friday morning at the Exum Center.

The Tigerettes took the early advantage, winning the first two sets. The Pantherettes rebounded and won the next two sets, to force the match into a fifth and final set.
