City of Orangeburg Youth Winter

Basketball Registration extended

The City of Orangeburg Parks and Recreation Department has extended registration for its Youth Winter Basketball League. Children ages 11 to 17 will be eligible to register until November 25. The registration fee is $20 for city residents and $45 for residents outside of the city limits.

City of Orangeburg Adult Winter

Basketball Registration now open

The City of Orangeburg Parks and Recreation Department will open registration for its Adult WinterBasketball League. A 40-and-over league will also be offered for those who are interested. The registration fee will be $310 per team. Registration will end on December 22.

All-Area nominations

Coaches are encouraged to send football and volleyball All-Area nominations to blinder@timesanddemocrat.com and eglover@timesanddemocrat.com. Nominations should include height, weight, position and statistics. No player will be selected to an All-Area team without a nomination.
