Family atmosphere, wife & husband work here all the time to make sure everything is prepared correctly and you receive the best possible service. Maria & Ioannis are from Greece and use to be in the Ice Cream business. Ioannis was a merchant seaman but his love is music. He plays Bouzouki. Maria was raised in the restaurant business. Fresh seafood at reasonable prices. Maria & Ioannis loves the Orangeburg area, the people are very friendly and hospitable. It‘s like living in a small village where everyone knows each other. Maria’s brother Alex Stavrinakias is one of the head cooks. He makes sure that the food is prepared to perfection. The other head cook is Hector Gonzalas who has been preparing food for 10 years. 6 of those years have been with Maria & Ioannis since the restaurant opened.
