2:30 p.m. -- Fellowship Of Praise invites coon hunters to the “Big Tent” for the annual Coonfest. There’s going to be plenty of food, fun, entertainment and door prizes (3,000 pounds of dog food). Admission is free.
5 p.m. -- Grand American opening ceremonies under the “Big Tent.”
Friday, Jan. 2
7 a.m. - Gates open
8:00 a.m.-6 p.m. -- Barns open
10 a.m. -- Changes or corrections on advanced entry for either Friday or Saturday night in the headquarters building corner office.
11 a.m. -- Close changes and corrections for Friday Nite Hunt. Entries reopen at noon.
Noon -- Confirm all advanced entries for Friday Nite Hunt in the headquarters building corner office. UKC Easy Entry Card or Registration Certificate Required to enter.
1 p.m. -- Treeing contest
2 p.m. -- Deadline to confirm all entries
3:30 p.m. -- Prayer, drawing out of casts at the headquarters building. Handlers must report to stake.
5-6:30 p.m. -- Advanced bench show entries will be taken for all categories in the headquarters building corner office. Easy Entry Card or Registration Certificate Required to enter.
Saturday, Jan. 3
3 a.m. -- Friday night scorecards must be returned to the headquarters building corner office.
7 a.m. -- Gates open
8 a.m. -- Barns open
9 a.m. -- Presentation of trophies. Friday night’s winner photos to be taken.
9 a.m. -- Bench show entries open in the “Big Tent.” Please bring your UKC Easy Entry Card or your Registration Certificate.
10 a.m. -- Entries close for bench show. Bench show will start immediately after 10 a.m.
10 a.m. -- Kids’ bench show will be held before the licensed bench show begins
10 a.m. -- Changes or corrections for Nite Hunt Advanced Entry for Saturday night in the headquarters building corner office.
