Talent-laden Saints aiming for Class A state title


ST. MATTHEWS — Walt Wilson’s goal is to be practicing on Thanksgiving Day.
It’s a simple and yet so-very-hard-to-obtain goal -- practice on Thanksgiving Day. If Wilson’s Calhoun County team fulfills that wish, that would mean the Saints would be playing for the Class A state title.


 

Brown aims for O-W to be best Bruins they can be

After a four-year absence, Tommy Brown is once again the head football coach at Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School. He takes over a Bruins’ program that has fallen on harder times since his departure following the 2002 season.
