g. Members shall not misrepresent their identity nor impersonate any person.
h. Members shall not hold themselves out as sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with The Times and Democrat.
i. Members shall not attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software programs used by The Times and Democrat or TheTandD.com in connection with TheTandD.com web site.
You represent, warrant covenant (a) that no materials of any kind submitted to The Times and Democrat web site will (i) violate, plagiarize or infringe on the rights of any third party; or (ii) contain libelous or otherwise unlawful material; and (b) that you are at least eighteen (18) years old. You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the TheTandD.com and its officers, directors, owners, agents and employees from all liability and costs incurred by those indemnified in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of this agreement.
