Festival of Roses

Greetings: On behalf of myself and Orangeburg City Council, I would like to extend a cordial welcome to you for attending the 37th Orangeburg Festival of Roses.

We hope your stay is enjoyable and pleasurable. An award winning festival, established and nurtured through the years, comes at a time when we view the beauty of our proud and hallowed gardens.

We hope that you will enjoy the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens, which is the center of activities for the festival, and that you will attend and participate in many of the planned weekend events.
